since i just bought 1 unit apt in tanah rata for retire,how's lifestyle local ppl after retired?is there any part time job......just 1 2 passing retire time,any sport ctr likes public swimming pool,recreation club open to public,thanks

i bought it rm168k,3bedroomsn 2bath rooms.........700++sqft with full furniture....disadvantage is on the 3rd floor without lift so hv 2 walk up.....
at the moment just bought it for short holiday during school holiday since my 3 kids still study n i'm planning another 10 years retire there.....hopefully haaa

I really fall in love with the place too. Just came back from CH and noticed a lot of new developments are in progress. I'm not sure whether this is actually good for the environment and people in the future, let's say in the next 10 years.

I'd like to know more about the lifestyle in CH too. Generally from what i've experienced, the people there are rather friendly, living peacefully in cooling climate and surrounded with greenery. I love the fresh fruits and vegetables there, and most importantly they are not expensive. Not to forget the fresh flowers!

i was stay few days alone in cm n found it living cost up quite reasonable as compare to city living cost,u still can get rm1.50 for mee goreng+ egg for breakfast n kopi for rm1.20 if u know the place but it's depend on ur lifestyle......

Being a regular visitor, i know there are not many B&B type of places in Cameron Highlands due to the availability of a suitable land/location there. Most new ones are houses/apartments converted to guest house. I was looking for a place for my retirement too.

On my last trip to Camerons early this year, I was told that Jurina Lodge is for sale/rental however the price quoted to me was way above my budget. I stayed there about 5 years ago and it is a nice quiet place with a big garden. I dont have any details of the seller. Maybe someone from CH can help.

sorry,mee goreng or nasi lemak+egg=rm2.50 n kopi=rm1.20,i think the price ok to me since this is r famous in m'sia n if compare to kl city,it's consider quite cheap.....

i think quite easily can get apt if ur target rm200k,try to search website www.mudah.com.my in pahang state n click "categories" n choose "apt" column,i bought carnation park apt through this website.luck to u

checked at mudah.my today....but the selling price is around RM 300K

Check at propertyguru.com.my,there's apartment below 250K.

ofcourse don't expect u can get soon,i take alomost a year searching,recently price going up there........
