The admin of this web-site are the people who can help us. Till now they have never bother to tell us what when wrong. At least they let us know the sponsor of the cctv and we can thank them for the past contribution and perhaps appeal to them. If the sponsor is Heritage Hotel then we should all support the hotel.

Thanks for the feedback. WE took out the webcam feed as it is no longer provided by the hotel anymore. At this moment, there are no other providers who have set up a live cam in CH so we are also looking for a suitable spot where we can set one up. We have a potential spot for Brinchang but we are still looking for one in Tanah Rata.

We will keep you posted once we have any updates on the live cam.

I hope that you can help. Can Heritage be persuaded to continue to host the webcam ? After all, there are some of us here who stay at Heritage mainly because of the webcam. The webcam gives us some idea of what can be seen from the hotel. Cannot imagine what other form of publicity for the hotel can be obtained at such a low price. I really miss CH !!

Thanks,we are thankful to Heritage for the webcam all these years (must be at least 3 years ?) Easy for us in Spore to publicise for Hritage if there is a webcam. But if no webcam, we all go to Equatorial. And we will call our friends to go there instead.

Seriously, the Cameron Highlands tourism dept should continue to have operate the web cam. Potential visitors can see the weather conditions up there..

The live cam is the cheapest way to promote CH to the world. The relevant authorities should take advantage of this.

It is only a suggestion, that cameronhighland.com who benefited from the site business opportunities should be able to share some of its profit to fund the live camera without any problem. Am I right Chief?

Sorry for the late reply. I am happy to hear that you guys are willing to chip in for the webcam but for now that will no be necessary. We have the equipment ready but unfortunately we do not have a location in Tanah Rata at this moment.

We have a potential location in Brinchang and we will be installing the camera next weekend. If everything goes smoothly, the feed will be live by the mid of Jan.

For Tanah Rata..... if everything goes well, I should have some good news for you guys within the next 2 weeks.
