Hi YL, No not advisable to walk from Rosa passadena hotel to Hotel Equatorial. They dont have pedestrian walkway. My estimate is about 3km. Hotel Rosa Passadena is at Brinchang point the main town and Hotel Equatorial is near Kea Farm. It took me about 10 mins by car.
Taxi won't cost very much but you better ask before boarding. Both hotels may have shuttle services for a fee. Have a nice trip.
