Re: SOLVED! The Mysterious Disappearance of Jim Thompson, th - 2008/07/21 17:47 Dear Roy,

I really enjoyed reading your book! nevertheless, i wish to ask :-

1) Do you think Dr. Ling was aware that Jim left the villa at 1.30pm?

2) If so, why did he say that he remembered their returning to the cottage at about 2.30pm?

3) Further, why did he mentioned that he "heard footsteps pass by my bedroom door (at) about 3.30pm and (I) presumed it was Mr. Thompson taking a stroll"?

Best regards,

Re: SOLVED! The Mysterious Disappearance of Jim Thompson, th - 2008/07/26 18:05 Dear Mr. Clement Ng,

I suppose Dr. Ling was aware that Jim left the villa at 1.30pm. Why he chose to say things differently is anyone's guess.

Best regards.
