 Operation Reforestation II - 2006/05/23 23:02 I'm back in KL after a short weekend in CH. We had a good turn out for the second reforestation activity organized by yours truly . I'm putting up the pictures here as I dont have the time to write an article.

Anyway, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the volunteers who spent their weekend helping REACH with their reforestation activity.

The date hasnt been confirmed yet but i expect it would be around the first or second week of July.

I will post the information up here once it is finalized.

I arrived in KL yesterday, with flu and dead-tired.

What great pictures, it speaks a thousand words, and no need for an article anymore. Such a pity that I'm not going to be in Malaysia in JUly. I may come to CH for a long weekend to chill-out and then some work to do in KL.

Sat the 3 June I'll fly to Kuching and will spend my holiday climbing Mt Santubong(800m), then gradually increase the altitude with G. Gading, home of the rafflesia, G.Mulu and visiting the caves with the final highlight Mt. KInibalu with a one night rest in Laban Rata.

So when I arrive in Ch all my time will be spent on viewing the flowers in a relaxing manner after all the gunungs I will have climbed by that time

Its nice to have you back here! For your information there is another new bus company plying KL-Cameron-KL departing from Puduraya besides Kurnia Bistari. Tickets can be bought at Counter 66. Bus company known as Unitities Express.
Apparently they provide excellent service.

thanks for the info, I appreciate this. Yes, I'll miss the project but will catch up with some contact provided by Ferret. The rafflesia is not blooming here(I'm in Kuching at the moment) and I assume not in CH either.
