1st trip to CH over the weekend (Quite long.. sorry) - 2005/01/31 11:40
We drove up via Simpang Pulai. Good drive, the road is better than Tapah route (we took Tapah route back to KL - Lots of construction and the road is very narrow.. don't forget to honk near the bend..). For those 1st timers who wish to take up Simpang Pulai Route, pls make sure you have any petrol ya.. No petrol station is being built yet.. However I saw 1 location is being reserved for petrol station.
We stayed @ Equatorial.. The hotel outlook is nice.. like city hotel.. However, I'm so unlucky to have been greeted by such a rude 'jaga'. Greeting us without a smile and rudely ask.."Checking in? Don't remove your luggage until you have confirm your reservation!" Whooaaaa... sedihnya.. ingat kita cikai sangat ke, tak reti nak confirm our reservation beforehand? Luckily other staff are okay.. although few of them I have to repeat my queries in Bahasa.. Org tanya pasal lain.. dia jawab lain.. 
Food... SEDAP!
The rooms.. hmmm.. alahai... Don't think they have washed their comforter or change the pillows laa.. BUSUKKKKKK!!!! Luckily there's plenty of outdoor activities.. Balik dah penat terus tidur..
No need to bring your swimming suit.. Swimming pool tgh rosak..
Oh yes.. one more important thing.. the shower. Pls check the water temperature regularly before you put your child in the bath tub.. It can go VERY HOT in 1 second.. or VERY COLD..
Other than that, we really enjoyed our trip to CH.
Plucking our own BIG strawberries.. Get some whipped cream for RM3 and eat the strawberries on the spot..
Smell the roses.. hmmmm... very nice.. very very nice....
They have apples too..
The vegetables.. wow... look so healthy and delicious..
The pasar malam... BEST!!
You can get most of these @ Kea Farm and Brinchang..
I can't find all these @ Tanah Rata & Ringlet. Maybe other veterans @ CH can advise us..
We'll be back! (Tapi lepas nie tak nak beli roses yg dah kena spray dengan color lagi dah.., nak beli yg original sahaja..)
