I don't think you need an address. Here is how you get there.
After you pass Ringlet (about 2km), you will reach a place call Habu. You will know this because 1. there is a hotel (LakeHouse) and 2. There is a huge lake. You will pass LakeHouse Hotel and then you will cross a bridge. About 500m - 800m after the bridge, there is a junction to the right. There is also a signboard there. Turn right and you will be driving on a small road. Boh Estate is about 2 km away.
