Just give you some brief idea on the time taken. For me who travel from Penang island, it took us 3 hours to reach Brinchang (using the Simpang Pulai Road).
So, if you know how long it take to travel from Kuala Perlis to Penang, just need to add another 3 hours.
The best tea plantation in Cameron Highland is the Boh Tea Plantation in Sungai Palas. If I'm not mistaken, it close on every Monday.
