Well, that looks like a standard list of attractions, istari. (No offense).
OK, i'll just drop a few words here based on my personal experience in CH.
The butterfly farms, Vegetable farms or any other farms are(to be honest)not worth visiting. You may if you wish but speaking from the perspective of a person who doesn't fancy plants that much, i think my visits to those places were simply a waste of time and money. Strawberry farms are OK as we don't get that anywhere in Malaysia due to the tropical climate. The strawberries aren't that sweet but, edible and it could taste great with a little bit of whipped cream or other dressings.
Now, a visit to the Pasar Malam is a MUST, in my opinion. You get all sorts of food items and potted plants on sale there. There are also quite a few ''char kueh teow'' stalls around but expect a long queue if you were to buy it. Teh Boh's plantation is another place which you don't want to miss. It's quite a tedious drive up to that place as the road is extremely narrow and there are signs along the way asking you to honk whenever you reach a sharp bent so that the person who's coming in the opposite direction could hear you and slow down. Putting that aside, a cup of stomach-warming tea with a few scones at a place surrounded by misty clouds beats all those trouble one has to take to reach there, wouldn't it?
I decided not to go further into bee farm when i just walked ten steps into it as i saw a horrific sign stating that ''the farm owner is responsible for any mishap/injuries''. My bee-farm trip ended up with two huge slices of honey-bee comb. They tasted FANTASTIC! Don't swallow the comb though, i was told.
So, i guess this is the end of my ''honest guide of tourist attractions'' for a non-plant lover.
