I have no idea why did you guys' stay in EH went so wrong? To be frank, mine was totally enjoyable and i would actually rate EH 3.5 out of 5. First of all, the front desk staff was really friendly(he's a chinese, but i didn't get to note his name), secondly, the malay/native bell boy just couldn't be more helpful so we tipped him well after that. All the staff that served us the room service food were absolutely polite and well..i didn't meet a single ''unfriendly'' staff throughout my stay there. It might be of some help if those that are not satisfied with their stay in EH to post some of their bad encounters here so that it wouldn't jeopardise EH's reputation without reason. (Again, i'm not working for EH or whatever, i'm just an A level student in KL). Neo, would you mind to give me some contact numbers for reservation(ms theo?), i'm planning to go to CH on the 19th and a stay in EH seems like a must to me.
