I was there last week. It rained every day. I was told that it is the rainy season and people there do not expect the rain to go away. Usually start raining by early afternoon and will last through the evening. Not heavy, light but irritating enough. If it is not raining, its pretty warm (when you stand in the sun). Its not cold at all unless the wind blows. So stay casual and bring a brolly or water proof wind breaker.
