After further consideration, I am of the above opinion that catergorisation in any classes is useless if 1 party can re-catergorize anything within their whim and fancy.
Furthermore, we touch about sustainable developement. What exactly does this words means and would the authorities really know what is required to be done on this topic about sustainable development? I would love to hear some good answers about this.
Like all things in life, rescources is scarce and if inefficient utilization of rescources is the game at the end of the day, please dont even think about sustainable development. Perhaps these words are used to blurr one's vision. Keep your eyes on the ball, is the name of the game!
