Hi Mel,
The group you are refering are the Orang Asli(original people)
The Orang Asli are the non-Malay indigenous descendants of people who lived in the Malay peninsula before the establishment of Malay kingdoms in the second century, although there are different aboriginal groups but the main aboriginal group you see in Cameron Highlands belong to the Semai group
