Water Rationing at Cameron Highlands - 2003/06/07 00:58
Hi there,
Thank you so much for the useful information we've gathered in this forum.
We have booked a 3 bedroom unit @Greenhill Resort from 13-20 June 2003 & looking forward to a time of relaxation & enjoyment for our kids & elderly parents this school holiday.
Unfortunately, we've just been informed by our agent that staff at Greenhill Resort has just notified them that there will be water rationing in Cameron Highlands from (05 Jun) till approximately 16 June.
There will be a water tank (filled up on a daily basis) on stand by at the resort & we have to collect the water on our own up the stairs to the walk-up apartment. Not sure whether there are kettles & facilities to boil water in the cold evenings for bathing, after coming back from our daily trip to places of interest.
Can we know whether by 17-6-03, it will be back to normal ? Appreciate your earliest reply.
We may arrive 1 day later ( on 14-6-03 evening) due to our stressful busy work commitment. Any kind advice on the road condition, DIRECTION & weather forecast as we're driving there from Singapore.
Can we have the resort's e-mail address or fax no.?
