Well, you have to specify whether you need a tour guide who is sufficient in local Chinese or local Cantonese/Hokkien (speak only but can't read Chinese) or need somebody who is fluent in Cantonese and read Chinese, or somebody who is proficient in mainland standard Chinese, or somebody who is proficient at Taiwanese Chinese that mixed with Minnan (Hokkien) dialect. It makes a lot of difference. Have a nice trip in Cameron Highlands!
