 Do not stay at Hotel Chua Gin & Star Regency - 2008/07/16 14:00 Hi all, i have to share my bad experience to you all. Remember not to book any room/apartment with Hotel Chua Gin. This is terrible.
On June 2008, I called and booked 3 rooms in Hotel Chua Gin. Total cost is RM454 for 3D2N. 1 day before i go to Cameron, a lady from Hotel Chua Gin called me and asked me whether i want to change my 3 rooms to 1 apartment as she has customer want the hotel rooms. The apartment is Star Regency, which so call private unit not control by Star Regency. She said the new charges is RM500 for 3D2N and she keep said that the apartment is very new, nice, clean and full facility.
So, i agreed to change. Here comes the nightmare. When i step into the apartment, the floor is dirty, smelly, very dark even you on all lights (many of the lights bulbs already spoiled). Besides, the pillow and bed is very dirty and smelly, got sands on bed also.
1st night when we back from pasar malam, found that our apartment no electricity so we called the receptionist n the eceptionist told us this is not their problem as our unit is provate unit so we have to call Hotel Chua Gin. The so call boss said he will get someone to help. After 30 mins, we called again and he said still looking for help. After 30 mins again, we called he said the guy is fixing the main fuse.
Do you know how long we were waiting for? is 1 hrs and 15 mins. finally, 2 guys from Star Regency came to us and fix the fuse. After that, we found that the hot water in Master bedroom spoiled, left cold water only. We tried to change room but they said no more hotel rooms and apartments for us. What a bad service and attitudes.
So, remember do not stay in Hotel Chua Gin and Star Regency.

 Re:Do not stay at Hotel Chua Gin & Star Regency - 2008/08/11 13:46 I understand how bad is your feeling when the traveling mood ruin by unpleasant stay. I have the unpleasant experience with Hotel Chua Gin as well. It is published in another topic called "Hotel Chua Gin (Brinchang)".

Anyway, I do stay at Star Regency apartment (3 room) end of 2007. The apartment not too bad. Facilities like fridge, heater, kettle, TV all works find. The cleanness of the apartment is acceptable. Anyway, i get the room via Star Regency itself.

I just came back from CH, i stay in Star-regency, OMG, its a HORRIBLE hotel i ever had, PLEASE guys, trust me, never ever book this hotel, you'll regret.
The room is smelly,all the bed liner is dirty,sofa no sponge,the toilet is fluid, and he hot water is on & off, basically you just can shower with hot water for 10 min then after is cold water, the whole environment is dirty, the housekeeping just throw the bed liner & towel on the floor at the end of the corridor,they didnt collect it for 3 days ( i stay there for 3 days)..i really wonder how this hotel can survive till now...
i pay RM600 per night for 4-bedroom aprtment,its really not worth for it, i also paid RM30 for extra bed, they just give me a single mattress, not rack, they ask us to sleep on the dirty floor just with that 5 inches mattress, and the extra smelly & dirty blanket need RM7 per pcs.
My holiday was spoil by this HORRIBLE hotel.
