Reservation steps are as below:
1) Reservation enquiry where you submit your details, with cc info if required.
2) We reply with availability or non-availability.
3) You confirm that you want the room, and submit cc info if not done yet.
4) Hotel will verify your cc and if all is ok,
5) We will notify you regarding confirmation of your booking including a Reservation number.
6) You check in on the said date.
Our replies should take between 24 to 48 hours. Correspondence on weekends may take about 12 hours longer. You should contact us if you've not received an expected reply within that time frame, and quote the Reserve ID given to you at booking time.
PLEASE also check your junk/spam folder in case our reply emails land there  .
