Hello all,
I just came back from Cameron Highlands, should actually take on the trip this weekend, but something came out, have to do it on Christmas.
So, I manage to booked my stay at Cool Point, for the price of RM145, a standard room for 2 with breakfast, it should be a good deal, but the room look old and smelly, and water heater not working good, can say that most of the facility is old but the breakfast is OK with nasi lemak and some frankfurt..
The place I visited will be Sg. Palas tea Plantation, Eee Feng Bees Farm, EQ Strawberry, Mardi, Brinchang Pasar Malam and vege/Flowers market place.
For the Tea Plantation, I plan for Habu actually, but since that is raining, and not sure about the road condition there, so, I make up my mind for returning to Sg. Palas Tea Plantation, this time, I drove up to the new tea house...and found that the old seating place have gone, and replace with a more modern tea house.
For strawberry, EQ will be a good choice, but I didn't do any self picking on strawberry, and from what I read, you need to paid some deposit before you entering the 'Zone' I tried their milk shake..delicious.
For lunch, I went to Equotorial hotel for their Christmas Special Buffet, cost RM40 per pax..I will say it's great to have such varieties of foods and desserts, having a great experience and I spend more then 2 hours there, promise to return for future... actually I want to try on T-cafe for lunch or dinner, but sad that it's close for Christmas...
Another thing I want to mention is the KLG friedchicken...anyone heard of it? look and taste like KFC or better, located at Tanah Rata...very friendly...
The trip was a bit rushing, but still I enjoy each minute of it, and the best trip I had this year.
For all that plan on for new year...great trip and have fun.
Regards,
