dear sin chee, tq 4 the suggestions. in fact i've asked them to email me but they don't have emails. thus i've decided to postpone my holiday plans instead. i've read alvin's post & so i've booked subra/suresh's apartment.

Ask them to fax, or email, you the quote. This can be use as proof, if there is any change of position on their part. Can also be use if you need to make a formal complaint.
