a n allarey After waving goodbye to Helen and Constance at 1:30 pm, where did Jim head to? Did he walk to the track near the front of the veranda or did he cross over the wooden fence near the left side of the bungalow?
sarah It is nice that you bring up that story. It was high time for this. Give people pill enhancement and it will be even better
enjoylife77 Many thanks Edward Roy De Souza,

I was so close yet so far. Will venture boldly the next time I visit Cameron Highlands.

Dear Enjoylife77,

Thanks for making an attempt to visit "Moonlight" villa.

There are a number of ways of getting to the holiday home. If you are not sure as to how to get there, the best way is by taxi.

Correct me if I'm wrong: After you left the Strawberry Park Resort, you found yourself at the T-junction of Jalan Kamunting. While you were there, you came across three prominent signs viz., "RUMAH ISTIREHAT KWSP CAMERON HIGHLANDS", "LUTHERAN MISSION BUNGALOW" and "SUNLIGHT".

If you had taken the "route leading further", that is, the "deserted" path with the "SUNLIGHT" indicator, you would have reached the cottage within 15 minutes.

I can understand why you decided "to turn back": for a while it must have dawned on you the path you were on was not the route to "Moonlight". Surprising as it may seem, you were on the right track. In the past, there was a "MOONLIGHT" sign next to the "SUNLIGHT" indicator. The former has since been done away with. All that is left now is its supporting frame. If the sign had not been removed, you would have gone on with your walk without any doubts whatsoever.
Edward Roy De Souza Dear Mona,

Thanks for the posting.

Your shots of "Moonlight" certainly bring back a lot of memories.

I like the photograph you took of the veranda; it was here history was made.

In her interview with the Eastern Sun, Helen mentioned that Jim told her and Constance "Good night, sweethearts" at 1.30pm. When asked why the "good night" bit during noon, Helen remarked "it has always been our practice despite the time of the day or night to say good night whenever we wanted to retire for the night or for a siesta". The report concluded, "with the wave of his hand, he was gone".
Mona HI Edward and all who are interested.

I did manage to get close enough to take these photoes of moonlight, posted at my blog http://knitnutlife.blogspot.com/.
