Merdeka weekend may take longer. Again, if you correspond with us, pls include your name, hotel, dates and Resv ID (in private of course, not here).

Hi admin, i assume the steps above apply for ALL online reservations made at the www.cameronhighlands.com site?
I have made a booking with Bala's Chalet but have yet to receive a reply. admittedly, it's the Merdeka weekend, so replies may be slower. However, i just need some reassurance that's all. TQ. |

Our replies should take between 24 to 48 hours. Correspondence on weekends may take about 12 hours longer.
Nowadays you may get a reply within 6 to 24 hours, but I'll still say "up to 48 hours" just in case. And definitely contact us if you've not received a reply within 48 hours.

Hi admin, how long it's took to get hotel confimation if I submit during eve weekend (friday)? |

Reservation steps are as below:
1) Reservation enquiry where you submit your details, with cc info if required.
2) We reply with availability or non-availability.
3) You confirm that you want the room, and submit cc info if not done yet.
4) Hotel will verify your cc and if all is ok,
5) We will notify you regarding confirmation of your booking including a Reservation number.
6) You check in on the said date.
Our replies should take between 24 to 48 hours. Correspondence on weekends may take about 12 hours longer. You should contact us if you've not received an expected reply within that time frame, and quote the Reserve ID given to you at booking time.
PLEASE also check your junk/spam folder in case our reply emails land there  .
