Khim Hi Jzjx, you are lucky!! Until today, nobody from the hotel call although I made complaint officially to the front office
JzJx Hi Khim, i am back. My room was very very clean and yes, i did have enough towels. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay. The front line officers were truly helpful. My room was Blk 17, 218.
Khim Hi Jzjx,

2 towels per toilet and basic toiletries. They provides hot water flask, but you have to cook yourself. Mine is 2 rooms apartment, block no 20, 4th floor. Enjoy yourself and looking forward to your comment
Kong This may sound out of place but:

I was given two towels per day during my stay in Equatorial.

Just thinking that might apply to the apartments too.
JzJx Thanks Khim. I leaving tomorrow and now apprehensive cos i know they are fully booked! keeping my fingers crossed.if things go wrong will complain (as advised by Kong) and hopeful they give me suite. BTW, does the room come with towel (how many) and hot water flask and basic toiletries? How many rooms apt is yours?
