Let's give a huge round of applause to Frans for being a good boy by posting the reasons now~~*Claps*
Since i know the location of the hotel now(which is in Tanah Rata), i'm pleased to add another disadvantage to it, as in the weather, which is slightly warmer than Brinchang/much warmer than what you get at the peak(Equatorial Hotel).I presume you want to go to CH for the cooling weather, so my hypothesis is, the cooler the better.(correct me if i'm wrong) |

1-the service is bad..!!the staff r not friendly..it seems like they dun like u stay there.
2-credit card machine always out of service.then, they will advise u to withdraw ur money from atm machine.
3-cleanliness.d floor is dusty..even i dun know wheather they change the bedsheet or not..it smelly..
eventhough they said its a muslim hotel, but.....haiyaa.....how 2 say huh??!!
as a muslim, im shame to admit this is the muslim hotel as it didn't show it at all.
well, i really need to stay there. dun forget to bring ur own bedsheet and a bottle of dettol spray.. |

Desmond, you will do yourself a great favour if you just do a search, of this hotel, in this forum. You be able to gather enough opinion on this hotel.
Just a brief description on the hotel.
1) Location - It is very, very, very near Tanah Rata town (at the back of it). And because it is so near, almost everything is convenient.
2) Scenic views of the mountain range - None. You will either see the cliff wall or the messy back area of Tanah Rata.
3) Cleanliness - Can't comment since my last stay is about 8 years ago. Back than, it was OK for me.
4) Did you make a bad choice? - Only you can answer that, when you stay there. But when I'm up at CH, hotel is only a place for me to sleep in. I don't really stay in it for too long. Most of the time, I'm out roaming CH even during the night. So not that important to me. As long as it is clean and secure.

Don't conclude without backing up with a solid reason. You'd leave him totally clueless and doubt if he's chosen the right hotel.(after all, he's booked the room!) |

I've recently book a family deluxe at The cool point Tanah Rata,But i'm not sure this hotel will be provide us an apropriate service,anyone was willing to share me their experiences, kindly drop his word at this chat corner,Appreciated for all info had been contributed via this gateway. |
