K.L.mari On 30/11/2007 Me @ my friends stay in Greenhill resort apartment within the vicinity of Heritage hotel,Overall the facilities there is o.k,except:

-shower water heater not function properly, is either no hot water or boiling water to cook your balls.

-there's a funky guy hiding behind the large bush infront of our apatments and i think he's wearing clothes made from those large plastic bag and he's collecting things with its 'kereta sorong'.

(To all parents better watch your kids properly.)

-the staircase window leads to our room seems to be covered with only transparent plastic sheets with holes in it.(really ruins the scenery there)

-there's a lot of spider cob web, on the rooms windows, balcony, kitchen etc..etc...

-the grounds below the apartments block seems to develop a long crack line near the edge of the hill, an early warning signs of a possible landslide, which might crumble the whole apatment blocks if no action is taken.

(TO ALL CAMERON HIGHLANDS AUTHORITIES PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS).

Cameron Highlands is a cool place to be, despite the above comments..
cookie hey there.. i went to CH and stayed at heritage.. but.. my experience was really nice wor... the hotel looked chunted and gardens etc.. but after reading bout the ghost thingy.. its damn scary wei...
Cayner Phew! Luckily my brother and I decided not to stay there. Initially we plan to stay there for 1 night as the hotel looks clean and beautiful from outside.

Thanks for the walking distance from the hotel to the shop that we decided just to take the Pine Resort instead.

Hi there, I went to Cameron/KL with my son last week for 4 day. This trip was organized by my son's primary school: BEST-Bonding,Educational & Shopping Tour To Cameron Highland / Kuala Lumpur 2007.

It was a rainning day and there is terrible traffic jam especialy after lunch at Orna Country Club,so we have to pospone all activity to next day because of the weather and the traffic jam, just to get to the hotel (although we had shorten the time when we stop for toilet!) .By the time we reach Cameron Highland it is after 8pm ! After dinner, everyone was so tired and hope to check in to the hotel asap to bath and rest.We was quite happy to see the "quiet and simple" Heritage Hotel,I didn't know it was the beginning of a nightmare !

1) The family of 3 who is next to my room

was standing outside of the their room

and DARE NOT enter ! I ask the mum what's

going on and I notice she has the look of

"she seen a ghost" ! She is so pale and

shiver all over with fear, she told me she

saw "something" when she open the door and the

toilet was lock ! The tap was running.....etc!

I try to calm her down and suggested that they

should get help from the reception and change

a room ,she cried and told me that they just

did that but the hotel is full and there's no

room for them to change! I feel so sorry for

her frighten daughter and helpless husband too

.I accompany her till the mechanic arrived to

fix the problems but they still wait outside

of ther room!.Luckily one of our tour guide

was so kind and exchanged his room with them!!

2) Ok, back to my room, I quickly prepare for my

son to take his shower then I realised the

bath-tub was very dusty,I try to rinse with

water then there's leaf and dubree from the

tap and COLD DUSTY water !!! What is this

man? I called for help and the receptionist

don't really understand English and I can't

speak Malay ..... End up he want me to read

a notice in every room saying that because

of the bursted pipe ....and that's why...

bla bla bla... NO HOT WATER !!! WHAT ???

End up I used the kettle in my room to

boil(5 kettle) hot water for my son !!!

3) The window in every room cannot lock !The

balcony was very near to each other,I can even

climb over to the next room ! I end up staying

up for the whole night and look like a PANDA !!!

4) I called the house keeping because I need to

iron my son's scout uniform, guess what ?They

have only 1 recepiontis and 2 security guards in

the hotel once sun set !!! End up I have

to go downstairs to get the iron and

ironboard myself from a very eriee corner! I

told them I dare not do the iron there and ask

to do it in my room, it's ok with them but

they said that's the only iron set they have

and I promised I'll return it in half an hour !

So, I carried both item to my room and return

back all by myself to that eriee corner!!!

4) It's about 30 mins walk to the neaterst shop

and it's so deserted, no one dare to walk

around and the hotel was so boring and creepy!

I can only wish you luck if you are going to stay in this Hotel and I will not go back to this hotel even if you pay me $$$!!! Thank you .
