Thanks a lot, thomas, my family is back safetly even thought it is a long ride. we appreciate home better now. don't think they will want to go back there, even i don't mind going back. it is a nice place with good natural environment which i will not be able to see back a singapore. |

Hi Choo Hiang,
Take it as the extra service that the agency have provided to bring u to Genting!! Enjoy the beautiful journey up and down. Sometime life has to be like that. Accept the situation. Who knows it may be a blessing that you are safe back home bc of the extra time you have spent.

i also just came back from CH, very beautiful view from hotel equatorial, and a very enjoyable holiday but the journey back spoiled my whole trip as the "FIVE star travel agency" send me from CH to genting then back to singapore which is many many more hours, this so call "five" star travel agency is not professional and cannot keep up their promise to the customer, in the booking it is suppost to be from cameron direct to singapore but inorder to cut cost i am send from cameron to genting then back to singapore. i spent one whole day travelling in the bus, very sad by some unprofessional agency's way of doing things. send a complaint but not very efficient i will need to wait for 5 to 7 days for them to find out what happen!!!, so if u go cameron, don't book tour under 5 star travel agency, they spent money in advistment but when come to customer care, the person that picks up the phone don't even appologise under the company name, what a shame. i will not travel under this agency any more , once bitten twice shy. |

I've just returned from CH after a 5 days stayed with my family. Cool weather and fresh air make it a wonderful place to live in. Good food, fresh vegetable make the steamboat meal so delicious. Just a word of caution, try not to go there during holidays especially if it clashes with school holiday and public holiday. Traffic jamed the entired main road between kampong raja and tanah ratah wd be expected. Food prices wd be increased by 40%. A steamboat set per pp was rm 13 during normal period was raised to rm 18 pp on sat 2 June 07. However and whatever, it is still a place to rest your mind and soul for those that busy busy everyday in the city life. cheers! |
