refer to your post that you never received my sms?
I had sms one time asking for my equiry to your phone number:0195582899.
I really got sms you on 20/07/2008-12.09am.
I sms you is bcs I have wait for one weeks still didnt get reply from you after you email me the tour schedule.
So that I called you that day asking abt my equiry,then you have explain to me that
already email me my reply,but I didnt received anything from you.
well,its is ok.Maybe that is somehing wrong in my email address when you sending.
I have received your new reply already after called you.And we have already book our tour to you.Hope that you dont mind my complaint.I just feel that the reply is quite slow only,maybe can improve.
But i really prefer your company package,we will recommed to all my friends after we try the packages if is is good in service and everythings,will also take your package again.
Lastly, hope you all the best.And i am here just want to explain it again regarding my complaint.And hope that dont have any misunderstanding again in future.

Dear Miki,
After reading your complaints we are really disappointed with it. For your information we have never received anything from you. In fact I have just replied more then 85 e-mails with enquiries on bookings and also information on Cameron Highlands.
Can you please let me know the number you sms?
My phone is 24 hours on, so there's no way that I can miss your sms. I await for your reply. |

I tried to email Him 3 times already.still no reply from Him,that is why fax over my equiry.after that also sms to him.
I very dissapointed abt their service lo..very very slow... |

I managed to contact Mr. Chai at [tttcam@pd.jaring.my. Very quick and professional response. Perhaps you can try it too. (I just arranged and booked a day tour with him) |

I have contact titiwangsa many many times,even by email and fax and also sms until now still didnt get any reply from them.Their service really terrible.Actually i like their tour package and would like to take their 3 tour package from them but maybe i will choose others tarvel agency
their service is very bad.I dont think it is best and good. |

Having read previous posts about Titiwangsa did affect us negatively, however based on our initial communications with all tour companies that operated in Cameron Highlands, we find that Titiwangsa Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd was professional and realistic on all counts.
We would like to thank Ms. Jennifer for her excellant customer service and her tour guides, Vinod and Francis for providing wonderful insight into the lives & economic activity in Cameron Highlands.
We strongly recommend Titiwangsa Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd to anyone who wishes to come and explore Cameron Highlands.

P/S: Being true to my word, I've started this new thread with the correct Subject line: Titiwangsa Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd and hope that others will continue to post anything & everything related to Titiwangsa under this thread & not by creating new threads.
Search function was used and initially want to post this positive feedback under Subject line: Expensive Tour [Titiwangsa..] but the subject line was out of line and inappropriate. If the Subject line, was just the name of the company, this post will be in that thread, so to avoid duplication of threads. Hopefully this will be practiced unto other threads. |
