Kong So far, i've only stayed in Equatorial for my past few visits to Cameron Highlands and thus i'm afraid i can only speak for EQ. I didn't get to try the karaoke service in EQ but they seem to pride themselves for it(they name it Singalot). I can't really comment much on it since i haven't gone inside the karaoke lounge yet but you shouldn't be too worried about the cleanliness and hospitality of staff in EQ as it's(whatever you say)an international hotel.

Basically, cameron highands isn't meant for hardcore pub/club goers. Try and sit back, relax and just enjoy the weather and tranquil atmosphere. If you can't stand the boredom in CH, pack your things and pay Red Box in KL a visit.

Hope this helps.
Jeremy Which hotel/resort has entertainment throughout the night?

For example maybe karoake lounge/pub or something along that line.

I gather the night life there must be quite boring. Would appreciate if anyone could pass some info.

This will help me decide which hotel/resort to go for other than their cleaniness, and good services.
