It's almost a year. I have been thinking abt Cameron Highlands these days esp when I am very tied with work. Cos it;s when I long for a place like Cameron to be still. I have been picturing myself gg for a hike and the nex day reading a book at Boh tea plantations cafe that is right in the middle of the tea plantation. and i was jus wondering how to we get to Boh Tea Plantation to and fro from hotel. Cos i tot it;s easy to get a cab from hotel to Boh. What about going back to the hotel. how do u get a cab? hmmm... anyone out there knows? Guess if there's a way, i hope to visit Cameron in the near future. Ahhhh~~ reading a book in the midst of the tea plantation, nice & cooling air. Away from work, away for Microsoft windows and b near to nature where i long to be.
Why does microsoft windows have to be associated with work? That shouldn't be the case at all! In fact, computers can be used for leisure or entertainment as well, for example, i had a great time checking my application for a medical course in UK, and i was totally over the moon when i got to know my IELTS score has been raised(i requested for a re-mark)through my email!! It would be even better if i could play linked computer games(DOTA, for example)with my friends! Sorry, i don't mean to pick on you, but i just think computers deserve a better image instead of being viewed as a piece of dreaded working machine.
p/s: i prefer articles on the net than reading a book.. |

Hi There Ling,
I share the same passion with you, is been super busy for me this year and when come to this moment, I'll heading up there, throwing away my phone, lab top...name card...will be with my cup of 80 degrees BOH tea...enjoying the view, enjoying the memory and taking every minute priceless as like can't pay with visa card!!!!
I'm now in Hanoi, packing to leave, will take the early flight back to Malaysia...
Again, for all Cameron Lover out there, keep the faith, keep the love and protecting the place as it is, taking down trees doens't have any meaning for progress...it'll be just great the way it is, and the people.....love you, cameron.

Had a good trip to Camerons with my church friends. Bought the home made blackberry jam at the small house along the way to Robinsons waterfall. Cost $5 ringgit for a 250 gm bottle. They have marmalade jam too. |
